Hi Mike, 

On the users that are unable to see the dashboard tab, double check that they are contacts on orders for the type of exceptions that they have selected to view in their dashboard. 

For the user below Aimee Aleman (AALEMAN) she does not currently have any exception types selected to show on the dashboard (please see screenshot below). If one of those is activated, and she is a contact on an order with that type of exception, it will show in the dashboard tab of MyHedbergViews. 

The exception types can be selected by the user from within their contact.

Grady:  we tend not to supply passwords to external parties.  The users where it is not working for is not showing dashboard, even though it is set up.

Working:  DI  Donna Autry

Not working:  AALEMAN  Ammie Aleman
