11.4. Damages and Returns

Hedberg Support asked me to reach out to you.  D&R?  I can’t tell you the last time we got a question on that. 


If memory serves, you create a damage issue linking to a quantity.


When you are ready to move on, you have a choice, close the issue or move the item into stock.


Step 1 – make your Resolved Quantity equal to issue quantity.


Step 2 – Either Close Problem or Put In Stock.



 

The complication then comes if you put it in stock, I believe we don’t handle the pre-sold part of the equation and you need to back out the single item or cancel the line and do a partial.  I’ll see if I can find something tomorrow and forward it your way if I do.
