14.2. Outlook 365 mailbox Full fix
If you receive the message on your phone or inbox that your mailbox is full or unable to send message see below for fix to cleanup your mailbox.
- Go to Outlook.office365.com on any device.
- Login with your Storr email and network password.
- Once your logged in you will see a red button at the bottom of the page that states "Clean up Mailbox".
- Select the clean up mailbox. It will bring you to the following screen.
5. Under the Junk mail drop down select all and delete.
6. Deleted items select all and delete.
7. Inbox start with 12 months and delete. If you need more space then go to 6 months.
8. Sent items do the same as inbox and start with 12 months.
9. Leave Archive alone.
You will see the blue bar move as it deletes emails. Once you have successfully deleted space in your inbox the message should go away and you can continue sending and receiving emails.
