11.8. Hedberg Mobile not showing quotes and orders listed for salesperson

IOS7 now shows private browsing at the bottom right. Clearing that fixed the issue.

Mike,

A handful of users have reported this issue to us in the past.

Try the following:

1. Close ALL open web pages on Safari.

2. Clear ALL cookies and history within Safari.

3. Click on your shortcut for Hedberg Mobile.

4. Before entering your login credentials, disable Private Browsing. This is done through Safari-->Private Browsing (the checkmark should disappear). Or, click the "Private" button in the address field.

5. Enter your Hedberg Mobile login credentials and try accessing any menu option.

Let me know if this resolves the issue.

I have tried to shake a ipad a number of ways but hedberg mobile wont load order or quote inquiry. We see the menus , but when we pick one we get the attached screen.
Have you guys figured out how to fix before?
