1.3. Highlight sections in Adobe Full version
There is a toolbar called Comment & Markup. Make sure that is turned on. If it isn't, this is how you do it
- Go to the View pull down
- Select Toolbars
- Select Comment & Markup
- On that toolbar, the 6th button from the left is a rectangle. Click on that.
- You will get a plus sign on the screen
- Place the plus sign in one of the corners where you want to start and hold the left mouse button as you drag the rectangle to the size you want. It is much like making a window in AutoCAD.
- Once you have made the rectangle, you will see a black arrow. You can now modify the rectangle if you need to.
- Clicking once on the rectangle with the left mouse button will give you nodes so you can change the size or shape.
- If you click once with the right mouse button, you will get a dialog box. You will see the last option is Properties. This will allow you to change the color or Opacity of the box.
